Shipping

• The cost of shipping will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

• Estimated delivery times are 3-5 days. Please note that these are estimates only and we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date.

Pre-Orders

• For products that are available for pre-order, the estimated shipping date is an estimation only and is subject to change.

• We will keep you updated on the estimated shipping date for your pre-order and will notify you if there are any delays.

• Please note that placing a pre-order does not guarantee that you will receive the product on the estimated shipping date.

Returns

• You may return any unopened and unused products within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.
• We will not accept returns of opened or used products.
• We will refund the purchase price of the returned products, but not the cost of delivery.
• If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at info@trayner.nl within 7 days of receipt to arrange for a replacement or a refund.
